Empowered Narrative Therapy

You write your life story.

You have written and starred in your life story with some layers of other’s narratives.

It is likely that others’ narratives have clouded your own authentic empowered narrative of who you authentically are.

Whether other narratives have been “healthy” or “unhealthy,” or somewhere in between, these will be explored in session to determine which, if any, are your core authentic narratives, which you can kindly part ways with, and which you may want to continue to create co-consciousness with in your life, your relationships with yourself and with others, and your life goals.

If you enjoy writing, analyzing your thoughts, are more cerebral and enjoy written assignments for self-discovery in between sessions, these sessions will be your jam.
