Rates for Therapy Sessions

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate. On January, 1, 2022, under section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Services Act, the “No Surprises Act” went into effect and required healthcare providers to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” for out-of-network care. We provide all services from a place of transparency regarding the cost of treatment.

  • 60 minute session $180

    We will meet to determine if you are seeking narrative, EMDR or somatic therapy, or Bold Moves Coaching.

    Once you book an appointment, you will receive a welcome packet to your email with forms for you to review and sign prior to your first session.

    We offer a sliding fee scale, as well as a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Please do check with your insurance company first to inquire about whether or not they will reimburse for therapy services with your superbill.

    If so, this group is for you! This group is for bold women who see the second half of their lives as the BEST half of their lives!

    This group is a raucously fun time as well with midlife movers and shakers encouraged to bring their whole selves as they are transforming into their authentic selves.

    Groups meet every Thursday for three Thursdays starting 2/26/26 at noon EST. Lunch hour for East Coast Midlife Movers and kickin’ off the start of the day for West Coast Midlife Movers!

    You can attend one or all three groups. When you book this session, please do sign up for as many as you would like to ensure your spot is saved just for you.

    Each group is 60 minutes in length, takes place from noon-1pm EST to ensure our California midlife movers and shakers can attend too.
